Dec 2020 and Portfolio Review

Happy New Year. While we are marching into 2021 we are going to examine what we brought in this month and over the past year. While 2020 wasn’t a banner year for some it was a great year for others. Not focusing on the problems helps keep life in perspective. I am looking for a great 2021

We are going to start this section looking at our forward dividends getting to $10,000 would be a goal wether it happened this year or next well NRZ after cutting its dividend earlier in the year has given 3 raises the last one on Dec 17 put me over $10,000 dollars in forward dividends the next major milestone will be $15,000 but I am looking forward to getting to $11,000.

Total portfolio value has been doing good we are marching forward $300,000. Right now it stands at $269,960.82. This is a 2.37% increase from last month.

Quarterly net worth is done and figured out and wow what more could I ask for? The total came out to $469,714.13 which is a 10.95 percent increase over last quarter. Since I started tracking at the end of quarter 3 2016 my net worth has grown by 83 percent.

Now for what every came here to read about dividends. This month was a great month that saw us end the year right. And when I say right I mean right. I brought in $1239.20. The most every in a month. Also as far as quartet income it came in over $2500. Consistent buying brings results and this write up shows it.

This month I went over $33,000.00 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.

Have you had any raises? How was your dividends this month? Any records set?
