November Dividend Review

Well it’s time to look at the dividend recieved and after a few recounts the results stood. A great month was had and it should continue into this final month of the year.

Ticker Dividend
T $214.05
APPL $69.72
MAIN $28.20
O $11.86
ABBV $178.51
CFFN $31.73
USHYX $53.04
SBUX $29.25
Total $616.36

Looks like a great month. Smaller number of stocks this month but big impact. This is a 37.9 percent increase over last years $446.70. Every month from here on forward should be above $600 dollars. One thing of note my portfolio value went up almost $30,000 from last month.

Total portfolio value $263,691.93
Forward annual dividend $9881.20
Expected dividend 2020 $8,549.00
Net worth as of Sep $423,363.33
No sells
Bought NRZ KR AQN. Those were my main buys this month.
Dividend raises none
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $300,00.00
Forward annual dividends of $10,000.00
Future net worth $500,000
As you can see I am very close to 10,000.00 dollar in forward annual dividends. As long as there is no dividend cuts it should be doable by early next year or earlier.
This month I went over $32,000 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything.

Have you had any raises? How was your dividends this month? Any records set?

  1. Amazing results! With $600+ from now on you have set a new benchmark. That’s great!

Hopefully starting next year every month for me will be €100+ and working towards €1500 in dividend income in 2021.

  2. I like all of the goals you set for yourself! I’m a big fan of AAPL, ABBV, and SBUX myself. Good luck on reaching that annual $10k dividend goal and keep up the great work!

  3. Awesome dividend haul, Dividends and Hobbies! I love the companies in your portfolio too. I’m also holding $T, $AAPL, and $SBUX. Unreal that your lifetime dividend income is $32,000. Like like you hit hit 10k in 2021. I look forward to following. 🙂
