On Friday i decided it was as good a time to buy some shares of NRZ as any other day. So I did. It was bigger buy that i was able to do off a sell of an ETF that i had it was a real estate ETF so the money was rolled into the same type just a stock this time.
The Board of directors of NRZ decided to send me an increased dividend payment this past week.

(NYSE:NRZ) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per common share for the second quarter of 2017, up from $0.48 per common share in the first quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2017 to shareholders of record on July 3, 2017.
“This marks the second time New Residential increased its quarterly dividend this year, reflecting our longstanding commitment to grow earnings and optimize returns for our shareholders,” said Michael Nierenberg, Chief Executive Officer of New Residential.
On Tuesday the 29th I dipped my toes into a small amount of NRZ. It was my second buy of it as it is a cash cow that just recently raised its dividend. This stock has been a great performer so far for me of course as always past performance does not equal future performance. It is also one of my favorite reits.
Yesterday I company i own decided to send money my way. who am i to turn down a raise? I love them so i wouldnt turn them down. I love them so much i wish i could get one a day lol. This raise is another surprise as it was not expected so it is very welcome in that aspect.
