April Dividend and Portfolio Review

4 months down now and things are starting to warm up. When I look at my portfolio and look at the gains it is making it brings a smile to my face. Earlier this month my total Portfolio went over $300,000 and has continued to skyrocket upwards. Dividends are on fire also.

Ticker Dividend
PPL $51.88
KO $30.66
IRM $30.93
MGIC $24.56
MPW $22.96
MAIN $29.08
O $12.62
KDP $18.45
AQN $26.68
SPKKY $86.57
USHYX $69.31
CHRYY $35.15
NRZ $100.70
MO $240.40
Total $779.95

As you can see this was a great dividend month. Edged out last October by a smidgen. I think the 30th was my highest payday ever with MO and NRZ both paying out that day. YOY this month was 42.71 percent higher than last April. For the total dividend YOY I am at 21.43 percent higher.

Interesting portfolio facts, when OMF raised its dividend, the dividend rank jumped from 20 to 13. MO is now my highest payer at over $1000.00 a year. Top ten facts 9 of my top ten pay dividends. 9 of my top 10 are over $10,000 dollar value. 9 are stocks and 1 is a mutual fund. This months dividend raises added $123.67 to my yearly total. The dividend raises were led by OMF which had a monster dividend raise. Total dividend raises this year is already $360.87 I should hit $400 easily.

Total portfolio value $312,269.72
Forward annual dividend $10,629.57
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $9646.6 Expected dividend 2021 $9688.29
Net worth as of March $503,169.05
Sells
Bought MO, DHI, . Those were my main buys this month.
Dividend raises OMF, APPL, CVX
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $400000.00
Forward annual dividends of $15,000.00
Future net worth $750,000
This month I went over $36,557.19 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
