We are into the third quarter and October is finished all the dividends have been received. This is the best part of the month, calculating my dividends and reading yours.
Starting with the portfolio, my portfolio made nice gains after finishing down last month. BAC has moved up to the number 7 position and pushing MO to number 8 XOM is 9 and T is 10. The top spot belongs to AAPL. ABBV with a nice dividend raise moved into the number 2 dividend spot jumping PEG, with this raise ABBV now will pay me over $1,000.00 a year joining MO as the only to payers to do this. Next two closest are a mutual Fund USHYX and XOM. The top 10 stocks make up 60.52 percent of my portfolio. This months dividend increases added $174.04 to my account. I would have to invest $5100 at 3.41% to get that.

What a month to start the final quarter of 2021. Watching this grow brick by brick is awesome. This month was 17.85 percent higher than last OCT. Through the same time frame last year I am 27.56 percent higher. I have already passed lasts years dividend total.
Over the next few years I am going to be moving my REITS and BDC over to my Roth, so the Roth income will climb and the taxable might go down some, but overall they both combined should climb generously.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
