4 months down now and things are starting to warm up. When I look at my portfolio and look at the gains it is making it brings a smile to my face. Earlier this month my total Portfolio went over $300,000 and has continued to skyrocket upwards. Dividends are on fire also.
Ticker Dividend PPL $51.88 KO $30.66 IRM $30.93 MGIC $24.56 MPW $22.96 MAIN $29.08 O $12.62 KDP $18.45 AQN $26.68 SPKKY $86.57 USHYX $69.31 CHRYY $35.15 NRZ $100.70 MO $240.40 Total $779.95
As you can see this was a great dividend month. Edged out last October by a smidgen. I think the 30th was my highest payday ever with MO and NRZ both paying out that day. YOY this month was 42.71 percent higher than last April. For the total dividend YOY I am at 21.43 percent higher.
Interesting portfolio facts, when OMF raised its dividend, the dividend rank jumped from 20 to 13. MO is now my highest payer at over $1000.00 a year. Top ten facts 9 of my top ten pay dividends. 9 of my top 10 are over $10,000 dollar value. 9 are stocks and 1 is a mutual fund. This months dividend raises added $123.67 to my yearly total. The dividend raises were led by OMF which had a monster dividend raise. Total dividend raises this year is already $360.87 I should hit $400 easily.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
Love this meme for this month, it never gets old. We have completed three quarters of the year and are gearing up for a great 4th quarter to end the year strong but first we have to see how I did this month.
As with any month I want to break down and show what I got

Well there you have it my September dividends and it was a nice haul. What we have is 4 straight quarter ending months with over $1000,00 dollars. This month was a 29 percent increase over last June’s $870.88. Barring a barrage of dividend cuts December should be a great month.

As long as there is no dividend cuts it should be doable by early next year or earlier. This month I went over $30,000 lifetime dividends. As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything.
Have you had any raises? How was your dividends this month? Any records set?
This meme always seems appropriate for this month. June is always my largest month of the quarter and this month is no exception.
KR $20.64 VLO $54.88 HBI $26.70 CVX $37.41 XOM $134.35 MSFT $31.14 WBA $31.11 MAIN $25.88 O $11.35 LYB $56.70 DUK $67.10 FLO $23.36 R $50.40 D $35.72 USHYX $65.80 MGIC $9.30 BAC $52.38 FDUS $49.80 MRCC $31.50 MRCC $22.73 PEG $215.81 V $1.80 Total $1,055.86
Not a bad month considering 2 companies with dividend cuts were FdUS and MRCC and MGIC. Companies that had been giving raises but didn’t were XOM BAC and R and LYB. Received dividend raises from Duk, WBA and KR. hopefully get some good raises once they start raising the dividend again in March bought quite a few companies in this group. All considering the YOY was 25.7 percent compared to the $839.59 I received last June. Hope your month was good
Yes we are done with September and onto October. While it is still hot during the day it is cooling down at night and feels great in the morning. That is what we did was we went around the monopoly board and collected money except this money is not fake. it is the real deal and the results i have show it. Of course there are a few disappointments but that was to be expected with some of the dividend cuts and selling. As the markets turn one day up and the next day down one thing that is basically constant is the dividends hitting my dividend account. One of the goals is to be able to live off the dividends. While i could right now combined with my military retirement and disability, i am not settling and going forward and going to see how much dividend income i can accumulate before I officially call it quits and start using the dividend income.
As you can see I was paid 21 times by 21 companies. That comes out to $41.47 per company. 6 new stock and 3 sells throughout the year for this month. Buys and re investments have helped bring this up. $870.88 is my new record and this record will continue to grow and grow and grow.
If i were to go to my Durango Joes coffee shop at 2.97 a cup times 30 is $89.01. That would leave me with a nice $781.78 to put towards my bills. I am going to eventually put it all back in the stock market, I brought in 29.02 a day or $1.20 an hour on a 24 hour day this is the second month getting over $1.00. This is a 36.40% increase over last September. Total for year now I have brought in $5295.85 which brings our total per day $19.39. Total lifetime tracked dividends is $22,059. 85. Definitely seeing the results each month. The 12 month estimated dividend stands at $7061.13 based on this month, through the end of 2019. You can see the results after time a mix of dividend reinvestment and adding on my own has helped this tremendously. This month would pay 3 of my bills with a little left over, but when I inherit the house I will have more so I want to be able to cover most of those also. Looking at the chart you can see what percentage of dividend was from each company this month. You can look at the past dividends page which has now been updated Past Dividends.
With $870.88 brought in this month and a total of $5295.85 I am 72.54 percent of my Bronze level goal of $7300. I still expect to make my goal this year. My 12 month out Prospective dividend rose from $7490.12 to $7600.12
I have been making some changes to my Portfolio, to streamline it into a portfolio that is driven by dividend increases. The portfolio will be better in the long run because of this. The portfolio page has been updated here.
For those that like total return I am gonna start including it in here, I myself just care about the dividends but some like the total return
Since June 18 when i first moved my money through September 30th, 2019 I have a 12.15% S&p 500 TR is 12.98% increase. Increase from Jan 1st -September 30th 19.18% S&p 500 TR is 20.55% for the month of August it is 4.44% to 1.87% to the S&P 500 TR.

Marvelous March Madness dividends are in and they are good. as matter of fact they are so good i set a new record with them. That means some other months will be even better when i look at the my future dividends.
What my goal is is to build a passive income stream that pays all my bills and givves me enough left to have fun on. Right now i can pay most of my bills, I own half my house split with my mom so she pays most of the house bills but eventually i will be paying those. I want to jump ahead of the game and not have to worry if they are covered. I have my military retirement and VA disability which help out but if i just relied on that i would fall short when its my time to take over paying the house bills.
I have structured my dividends as a mix of income and future growth, so i have a good mix of stocks that are pleasently safe but as we have seen with GE and KHC and a few others companies can cut or even eliminate their dividend at anytime. I dont own those but i have owned companies that have both cut and eliminated their dividend. I dont believe in diversification just for diversification but to build a nice passive income stream.
As you can see this was a record month with total dividends at $699.49. I dont plan on it but most of the stocks i added to or bought till recently was not in the third quarter ending month. While i fell a little short and do i mean a little, but that might be to much maybe a smidgen short of $700 that was due to selling of stocks going back to last year of course i helped out other months UVE was sold and added to ATT and SJT and WRE were recently sold. I made up the dividend almost in the Quarter ending month akready with a purchase of D last month. Ford the last 3 years has paid a supplemental dividend but this year did not and that is ok as I would rather not rely on a one for long even though i have others and if another company pays me one i will not complain. I do believe this will be my last Quarter ending month under $700.00.
Slower month for buying and 1 sell than the last few months which you can read about here .
A marvelous total of $699.49 What is not to like about this? You can compare last years results on the page and also see what percentage each dividend was. With this dividend reinvestment of PEG it now is my first stock of many hopefully that go over $800.00 so it has joined that club.
As you can see i was paid 20 times by 20 companies. That comes out to $34.97 per company. New companies D and DAL and R helped out with their first payment this month. The rest is from additional buys and some dividend reinvestment.
If i were to go to my Durango Joes coffee shop at 2.97 a cup times 31 is $92.07. That would leave me with a nice $607.42 to put towards my bills. I am going to eventually put it all back in the stock market, I brought in $22.56 a day. This is a 2.4 percent increase over last March. Total for year now I have brought in $1655.23 which brings our total per day $18.39. Total lifetime tracked dividends is $18418.51. Definitely seeing the results each month. The 12 month estimated dividend stands at $6,620.92 based on this month, through the end of 2019. You can see the results after time a mix of dividend reinvestment and adding on my own has helped this tremendously. This month would pay 2 of my bills, but when i inherit the house i will have more so i want to be able to cover most of those also. Looking at the chart you can see what percentage of dividend was from each company this month. You can look at the past dividends page which has now been updated Past Dividends.
With $699.49 brought in this month and a total of $1655.23 I am 22.67 percent of my Bronze level goal of $7300. we put a serous dent in it but i was hoping to be closer to 25 percent there is still lots of time and I am hoping by the end of June to be at 50 percent or higher we will see. My 12 month out Prospective dividend is now at $6978.31.
For those that like total return im gonna start including it in here, I myself just care about the dividends but some like the total return

Always have money burning holes in my account so always need to buy something LOL. January was not as active as buying as the last few months and i do not expect the next few months to be that active but steady and forward with small concise buys.
First buy was MGIC had tried to buy some late last year and think i did get a small buy in but some times it was hard as the spreads were to wide as i have to buy it with a limit order. I bought on 01/16/2019 31 shares at $8.00 a share for a total of $248.00. This will add to $8.83 to my dividends.
The second buy was KO on 01/18/2019 I bought 5 shares at $47.67 for a total of $238.35 this will add $7.80 to my dividends.
My third buy was a new one and it was DAL so on 01/22/2019 I dipped my little toe in and bought some i bought 3 shares at $47.51 for a total of $142.53, this will add $4.20 to my dividends.
My fourth buy was MO i have consistently bought this over the the years and figured on a dip why not lower my cost basis some. On 01/22/2019 I bought 3 shares at $45.54 for a total of $136.61 this will add $10.8 to my dividends.
My fifth buy on 01/23/2019 i bought more DAL 1 share at $47.08 for $47.08 this will add $1.40 to my dividends
My 6th buy i bought another one i have bought over the years on 01/23/2019 i bought BAC and i bought 4 shares at $28.73 for $114.92 this will add $2.40 to dividends.
On 01/25/2019 my 7th buy i bought 3 shares of ABBV at $80.17 for a total of $240.51 this will add $12.84 to my dividends.
On 01/28/2019 i bought 3 shares of AZZ at $43.66 for a total of $130.98 this will add $2.04 to my dividends.
My final buy was on 01/28/2019 also CFFN 8 shares at $13.60 for a total of $108.77 this will add $2.72 to my dividends.
So it was a busy buying month in hindsight, I spent a total of $1407.75 buy pure quality high grade stocks that will pay me dividends for years to come. I added $53.03 in future dividend income. Have you bought anything lately let me know in the comments.
Another dividend increase. i love these as they help take back my time and time is precious. Dividend raises help you get where you are going faster. whther its just bills paid or work part time or just the freedom to do what you want from time to time.

This is a 24% increase. I own 57 shares this will add $3.42. Every dollar counts and we are counting this also.
