July Dividend Review

July is already over and we have some dividends to report

July was a great month in terms of dividend received. Not much more I could ask for

Ticker Dividend
KO $30.66
PPL $51.88
IRM $30.93
MO $250.72
MPW $26.60
AQN $35.83
MAIN $29.51
KDP $23.06
O $12.65
USHYX $68.03
NRZ $100.70
Amount $660.57

As you can see I brought in $660.57 last month. $MO became my first stock that will deliver over $1000 in dividends next year. I Sold MPW in my taxable and bought back in my Roth so all the dividends from MPW will be delivered in my Roth next Quarter. Over the next few years I will be selling my Reits and BDC and putting them in my Roth.

Last month was 20.27 percent higher than the year before. Total for the year is 22.9 percent higher than dividends at this time. In July I went over $11,000.00 in forward dividends. Over $400.00 of that is due to dividend increases I doubt I will get that much next year but in the future again it will be possible as I keep adding to my dividends. Exciting times for sure.

Total portfolio value $324,889.03
Forward annual dividend $11,000.22
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $10,064.66 Expected dividend as of 2021 $10,109.54
Net worth as of March $531,103.33
Sells MPW
Bought AQN, MPW, MRCC, WBA, VLO, KDP, Those were my main buys this month.
Dividend raises DUK, R, WBA
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $400000.00
Forward annual dividends of $15,000.00
Future net worth $750,000
This month I went over $39,200.00 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.

  1. Hey… $11K! Congrats on cracking that total, Doug. Up next, the big $12K..a cool $1K/mo. on average. Go get it!
That MO dividend really stood out. Getting $1K from MO next year will be tremendous. Let’s hope that total gets a nice bump from a dividend raise later this month.
