June Dividend Report

image

Yes that is right time to look at  the June report. Was it good enough for a record? was it good enough to make difference? what other things can we identify about this month? June is usually the highest paying month of the quarter. So even if it is not a record it will be high. This seems like it is always everyones favorite time of the month.

I like tracking my dividends and seeing where i am stand as far as replacing my small check i bring in right now. So lets dig into the numbers.

So as we dig into the numbers we will see they did indeed set a new record Which is awesome. The record was helped by 2 special dividends. Sept wont have any so it wont be as high but still should be around March or higher. but the main thing is the year over year which is higher.

This month 22 companies paid me 388.03 this month on average of 17.63 a dividend. I also reinvested those back  which got me an extra 18 shares. this month brought my  total haul for the year up to 1611. which is 20 dollars less than all of last year.

This 388.03 totals $12.93 a day. At 2.97 a cup at a local shop called Durango Joes this equals $89.1 at 298.93 left that leaves me with my insurance and cell phone completely paid for this month. With the 1611.22 I have earned so far this year leaves me with a daily wage of $8.90 a day  this brings my monthly average up to $268.53 and puts me at a total looking foreword for  the year of $3,200 for the year.  This also represents a 220 percent increase over last Junes haul of $121.20

How was your month? Did you set a record? Beat expectations?

  1. Congrats on the new monthly record! That’s an awesome increase over last year and reaching over $3k income this year will be even better. It must be a nice feeling knowing that you’ve already nearly at last year’s total and you’re only halfway through this year.
    Keep it up!

  2. Looks like a pretty nice month for June. As you pointed out it can already cover some monthly expenses like your “luxury” coffee, cel phone and insurance. Keep up the good work and don’t stop building that passive income stream.

  3. Awesome year-over-year increase. I didn’t set a record in June but at least I continued to make pretty substantial increases from the year before as well. Keep up the good work! Love the conversion to a cup of coffee. It definitely puts things in perspective.
