3 Dividend Increases.

Those raises are stating to come in and heat up for next year. While small percantage wise these raises combined added a nice little chunk when combined together

First one is Realty Income which announced on DEC 11th

Realty Income Corporation O recently announced its 104th common stock monthly dividend hike, since the company’s NYSE listing in 1994. The company will now pay 22.75 cents per share compared with the 22.70 cents paid earlier.

The increased dividend will be paid on Jan 15, to shareholders on record as of Jan 2, 2020. The latest dividend rate marks an annualized amount of $2.73 per share versus the prior rate of $2.724 per share. Based on the company’s share price of $75.61 on Dec 10, it results in a dividend yield of around 3.61%. Read the rest here.

This raise adds $.2322 to my dividends

The second raise was Dominion or D it is the first raise i got from them

RICHMOND, Va.Dec. 13, 2019 The board of directors of Dominion Energy (NYSE: D) today established a 2020 dividend of $3.76 per share of common stock, up from $3.67 per share in 2019, or a 2.5 percent increase. Subject to board declaration in January, the first quarterly dividend of 94 cents per share will be payable in March 2020. The expected 2020 dividend increase would mark the 17th consecutive year in which the annual dividend rate rose from the previous year’s rate Read the rest here.

Another small dividend raise but ill take it. Since i own 26 shares of D this raise will add 2.34 a year to my dividends.

Now the 3rd raise i recently received was T and like clockwork they delivered.

AT&T Inc. T, -0.23% said Friday its board has agreed to increase its quarterly dividend by 2% to 52 cents a share. The new dividend is payable Feb. 3 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 10. The company said it has begun retiring shares after entering a $4 billion accelerated share repurchase program and plans to retire about $100 million worth in the first quarter of 2020. AT&T is also on track to hit its 2019 net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio target in the 2.5 times range and expects its leverage ratio to range from 2.0 times to 2.25 times by the end of 2022. since i own 352.93 shares this adds 14.11 to my dividends. These raises combined added $16.6894 to my dividends. What is not to like about that? Looks like we are going to get next year started fast and furious with these raises taking affect.

  1. We own all 3 of those companies so we’re sharing in your newly increased income. None of the increases were barnburners by any means, but slowly and surely those increases add up over time.
