June 22 Dividend and Portfolio Review

Half the year is done. I would say the market goes up and the market goes down but it seems the market is going down. But that’s ok I can buy more shares of stocks I want.

Ticker Dividends
KR $47.46
V $6.44
VLO $80.36
MSFT $41.04
CVX $122.12
XOM $162.23
WBA $64.46
LYB $72.59
LYB $317.20
NEE $32.30
DUK $100.47
R $59.74
FLO $40.24
USHYX $70.04
BAC $67.83
FDUS $36.36
FDUS $7.07
PEG $254.49
MRCC $48.45
Total $1,630.89

Great month for dividends as it was a record haul. It was greatly helped by the LYB special dividend. Dividend growth has been amazing and should continue to spur growth each year. I think within the next 3-4 years I’ll be pushing over $1000.00 a year in dividend growth just itself which will be remarkable.

This month was 30.45 percent higher than last June. This quarter was 17.63 percent higher than last year’s Quarter. Year over year I am 21 percent higher than last year.

Dividend raises from TGT, PPL, KR, and BAC accounted for an extra $78.16 dollars a year to my dividends. TGT, and KR had some killer dividend growth this year.

My net worth fell from $600,000 to $538,000 which is a negative 10.2 percent similar drop to 2020 and my networth recovered nicely from that so hopefully the same results will occur.

As far as the portfolio goes yes it did drop and I’m down for the year but I’m buying more dividends with each purchase so it’s a win-win situation. The top 10 saw MO drop from 6 to 8 position and XOM rose to the 6 position. KR fell from the 10 spot and was replaced by DUK. The top 10 spots make up 58 percent of my portfolio.

Total portfolio value $346,794.15
Forward annual dividend $11,739.03
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $12,637.2 Expected dividend as of 2022 $12,746.14
Net worth as of MAR 22 $538,682.58
Bought RILY, LYB, BAC, MO. Aug Those were my main buys this month.
Dividend raises. BAC
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $400000.00
Forward annual dividends of $15,000.00
Future net worth $750,000
This month I went over $51,500.00 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
