Another month finished and another month I get to report my dividends and read all of yours. I enjoy sharing my dividend journey with you.
April was a month that saw the markets go up and down but ended the month down. Down markets are good for those in the accumulation stages as your cash can buy more stocks. I love buying more stocks.

Another month another great haul of dividends. I sold Main and bought Goog, and R along with smaller purchases of other stocks. I sold NRZ in my taxable and bought it back in my Roth.
My portfolio dropped a bit at the end of April. But that’s okay because money i add will buy more stocks. Just some spot swap in my top 10 no newcomers. I currently have 33 dividend paying assets. I am looking forward to what May brings.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
Thanks for sharing. I have been looking at NRZ off and on for a while. I know that yield is insane and is paid frequently. What price are you looking to add to NRZ?

If I had more money I would buy more now I think they will raise again soon. I also believe they will back to around $15-$17 a share it was pre pandemic so I’m hoping to get more and hoping it rises back to that price
