What a great month for dividends. You can see this is firing on all cylinders. Twenty companies 21 payouts. This month is 18 percent higher than last June. Quarterly is up 30 percent. Total brought in so far this year is $5236.66 which is 23 percent higher than last year at this time. If I can keep the yearly above 25 percent I would be ecstatic.

My net worth I figure up quarterly and this last quarter it fell just shy of rising by about $30,000 dollars the main drivers of this are my portfolio and TSP which is now over $90,000. Since I started tracking this at the end of Q3 2016 my Net worth has grown 107 percent. Since last quarter it has grown 5.5 percent.

My overall portfolio has risen nicely the last quarter the value is over $316,000 dollars right now hitting that mark was great in early April. Top ten stocks have not changed much as they are the same all over $10,000. Except for a couple of position switches.

Total portfolio value $316,985.35
Forward annual dividend $10,895.80
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $10,064.06 Expected dividend as of 2021 $10473.32
Net worth as of March $531,103.33
Sells
Bought AQN, OMF, KR. Those were my main buys this month.
Dividend raises KR, BAC, O.
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $400000.00
Forward annual dividends of $15,000.00
Future net worth $750,000
This month I went over $37,300 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.

  1. A sweet $1,250 on 18% YoY growth. Way to go!
I didn’t realize you had such a large XOM dividend. Has that always been the case?
That PEG dividend is pretty stout, and I see DUK is creeping up on the century mark.
I wish I had a MSFT dividend that big… congrats on building up the position you’ve got.
    Keep up the good work.

    1. My mom gave me the XOM stock a few ago about 120 shares or so. DUK just had a raise so it will be closer next time lol. PEG is my second largest dividend and stock value. I bought most of my Microsoft before 2012 and been dripping since
