July 2019 Buys and Sells

Well July is a about to close and its time to look at what i bought and sold. It is always tough selling as i like all my stocks but sometimes tough decisions to get leaner has to come. I still have some id like to sell but most likely will hold off for now.

  1. 7/1/2019 bought 4 shares of D at $76.64 for a total of $306.56. This will add $14.68 to my yearly dividends.
  2. 7/2/2019 bought 5 shares of R at $56.46 for a total of $282.30. This will add $11.12 to my yearly dividends.
  3. 7/3/2019 bought 4 shares of ABBV at $74.22 for a total of $296.88. This will add $17.12 to my yearly dividends.
  4. 7/3/2019 bought 6 shares of NRZ at $15.33 for a total of $91.97. This will add $12.00 to my yearly dividends.
  5. 7/5/2019 bought 101 shares of SPKKY at $13.18 for a total of $1,331.18. This will add $58.27 to my yearly dividends.
  6. 7/5/2019 bought 3 shares of ABBV at $72.63 for a total of $217.88. This will add $12.84  to my yearly dividends.
  7. 7/8/2019 bought 4 shares of ABBV at $71.27 for a total of $285.07. This will add $17.12  to my yearly dividends.
  8. 7/8/2019 bought 3 shares of DUK at $89.35 for a total of $268.05. This will add $11.01  to my yearly dividends.
  9. 7/8/2019 bought 2 shares of MO at $48.38 for a total of $96.75. This will add $6.40 to my yearly dividends.
  10. 7/10/2019 bought 8 shares of KR at $21.43 for a total of $171.44. This will add $5.12 to my yearly dividends.
  11. 7/10/2019 bought 7 shares of NRZ at $15.26 for a total of $106.82. This will add $14.00 to my yearly dividends.
  12. 7/11/2019 bought 5 shares of IRM at $30.04 for a total of $150.18. This will add $12.20  to my yearly dividends.
  13. 7/16/2019 bought 4 shares of KR at $22.00 for a total of $88.00. This will add $2.56 to my yearly dividends.
  14. 7/16/2019 bought 102 shares of NRZ at $15.41 for a total of $1,571.62. This will add $204.00 to my yearly dividends.
  15. 7/17/2019 bought 3 shares of WBA at $54.60 for a total of $163.80. This will add $5.49 to my yearly dividends.
  16. 7/22/2019 bought 12 shares of MO at $49.58 for a total of $594.96. This will add $38.40  to my yearly dividends.
  17. 7/25/2019 bought 6 shares of LYB at $85.15 for a total of $510.92. This will add $25.20  to my yearly dividends.
  18. 7/29/2019 bought 8 shares of PPL at $29.88 for a total of $239.03. This will add $13.12 to my yearly dividends.

 

I had 18 buys this month for a total of $480.73.

For the sells i sold on July 3rd out of my VOD position selling 138 shares at $16.51 for a total of $2279.07 which includes a fee of $.05 this set me back $139.38. On July 10th i sold CIM  and put the shares into NRZ I sold 101 shares at $19.12 for a total of $1931.2 this set me back $202.00. Total from both sales set me back $341.38.

Total additions to my yearly dividends was $139.35

    Great job continuing to put money to work! I made a few small purchases, ~$1k each, during the month but nothing big. I keep waiting for better opportunities but for now it’s not the worst thing that the markets keep heading higher because we’re not ready to plow money into our brokerage account just yet while we take care of some debt. All the best in August!
