34th Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases Reflects Strong Cash Flows
DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The board of directors of AT&T Inc.* (NYSE: T) has approved a 2.0% increase in the company’s quarterly dividend.
AT&T’s quarterly dividend will increase from $0.49 to $0.50 per share. The annual dividend will increase from $1.96 to $2.00 per share.
“Our strong cash flows and outlook for the business allow us to raise our dividend for the 34thconsecutive year. We’re committed to returning value to our shareholders, and we’re pleased to deliver yet again,” said Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO, AT&T Inc.
The dividend is payable on Feb. 1, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 10, 2018.
This dividend raise will give me $2.028 a year extra as i own 50.70 shares. Not much but as i add it will grow and grow and grow. this is the second raise ive gotten that will take effect next year. forward 12 month dividends is $4,070.87.
