OHI dividend raise

image Once again like clock work OHI raised its dividend. Just like clock work i love it.

HUNT VALLEY, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.65 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Wednesday, November 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.

This is the fourth raise of the year. these are the best raises because they are small but add up over time. Since I own 111 shares this raise will add $4.44 dollars a year. with 4 raises and additions that brings this year total from OHI to $11.85 just from that company. just for letting them use my money. That is around an hour and half of the federal minimum wage just for letting OHI use my money.  $11.85 is also the monthly average of dividend increase also.
