November Dividends

image Ok here we are in December already it was a fairly quite November as im saving up a little money to hopefully buy some next year have a plan just have not figured out the exact details and when i want to start

But on to this months dividends was i weeping or smiling?

November saw 8 wonderful companies pay me a dividend it was not much but it all adds to the bottom line. It is my lone hold out from every month being a 100 dollar a month even though my average is now over 100.

As you can see from the last comparable month wich was August I sold 2 dividends and gained 2 so it all evened out basically plus one of the gainers was Main so it will add a little bit every month.  The total from Aug was $84.03 wich this is a modest gain of 4.26 percent not much but it all adds up in the end.

This month daily average is 2.92 i would have to get a small cup of coffee from Starbucks but id have enough for change. My daily average for the year is 4.85  will not good would buy a medium coffee with change left over.

My total haul for the year so far is $1281.44 wich is an increase of  21.9 percent increase over last years total of $1050.8 I will take a 21% increase any day of the week and twice on Saturday.

My total for the year should be around $1450.00 and so far as next year an estimated $1800.00 for next year i should bring in before any extra dividends are added.

Well we will see what Dec brings if it is as good as Sep i will be laughing all the way to the bank.

  1. Very solid month with some great companies. November is a down month for sure, but those small amounts add up quickly, especially with you DRIPing them. Your yearly numbers are fantastic! I look forward to seeing what December holds for you!

    1. yup it’s the laggard of the quarter but soon will be over 100.00 then gotta hit that next goal of getting it above 200.00 might take awhile as I’m not concerned to much when they pay out I just buy them lol

  2. It may not be much, but you said it best, it all adds to the bottom line. That’s what it’s all about. Bit by bit having that passive income stream come in and build more over time. Bottom line, you are putting up nice year over year gains compared to your totals from last year. What’s not to like about that? Thanks for sharing. Look forward to a solid Dec.

  3. Awesome job DividendsandHobbies! I am sure next year all months will be over $100 easily. And your YoY increase was excellent too – anything over 20% starts getting very hard to achieve I imagine. My blog is almost 1yr old, and so I am very much looking forward to reporting this number next year. Keep it up,

  4. A 20+ plus increase on a year-over-year basis is definitely a good stat to have. That would be a return that Warren Buffet would probably be proud of. I’m not quite as happy with that much right now, but over the long run, it would be possible to grow a massive income with that much compounding going on.
